Qualifications - Enterprise Servers Previous

Whether a large quantity of small servers, or a small quantity of large servers, I have experience with both, (and everything in between).

I've architected enterprise server environments which consisted of large scale multi-user HP and Sun servers. I have also managed Enterprise networks with 100's of smaller file and print servers. A majority of these servers were connected to Multi-TeraByte EMC disk arrays or Network Appliance Storage Area Network devices. Intel Based Server "farms" have consisted of IBM, Compaq and Dell Hardware running Novell or Windows NT. While at EDS / GM we had one of the largest Lotus Notes Server Farms, and won an award from Lotus for our deployment, the Lotus Beacon Award. For Enterprise management tools we utilized Computer Associates, Tivoli, and BMC tools.

This large systems experience has helped me design servers with future growth in mind.
